Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS)
From 1 July 2010, the Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS) will replace the current Continence Aids Assistance Scheme (CAAS) and provide an annual payment to eligible people to assist them in purchasing their continence products.
The CAPS seeks to promote greater competition in the continence product market and allows sufferers of permanent and severe incontinence to purchase the best product for their needs.
