Herceptin statistics

Herceptin is a drug used in the late stages of breast cancer. Through the Herceptin program, the cost of the drug is subsidised for eligible patients. Medicare Australia implemented this program on 1 December 2001. The Herceptin program is administered as a separate program to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
