Education sessions for new doctors
Education sessions are available to newly registered medical practitioners and medical practitioners commencing or returning to private practice. The sessions take about 3 hours and explain the Medicare Benefits Schedule, bulk bill processing, electronic claiming, private accounts and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. You can arrange attendance at an information session by calling the number for your state or territory below:
