Gateway log on
Some Aged Care Providers are receiving the following error messages when submitting leave, entry, departure and hours of service events:
Rejection event (code 000099) – Correction event cannot be processed
Rejection event (code 000120) – Hours of Service have not been entered for all care recipients for this claim month
These are known systems issues which are currently being investigated as a high priority.

Experiencing problems viewing the PDF version of an eACCR?
When opening a PDF in the Aged Care Online Claiming website using Adobe Reader X version 10.0.*, the browser window loads with an empty grey screen and doesn’t display the Reader toolbar.
Upgrade Adobe to Adobe Reader XI 11.0.03. This software can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
When using the Aged Care Online Claiming website and Adobe Reader 9.4.7 the eACCR PDF template displays with no pre-populated data
Open Adobe Reader, select Edit – Preferences, select Security, tick Enhanced and add the Privileged Host: www2.medicareaustralia.gov.au (tick the HTTPS box).
