Relocation (updating an address for a location)

 

Go to the PIP and GPII Online page by selecting PIP and GPII in the HPOS Main Menu.

Select Update in the Current PIP and GPII Practices table to update an address for a location.

 

Select Practice Details then Location from the left hand navigation select a location from the Current Locations table, then select Update Address.

To update an address for a location, enter mandatory fields:

  • Relocation Date
  • Address Line 1
  • Locality
  • State
  • Postcode
  • Accreditation Type

When all information has been entered, select Save and Exit.

The Associated general practitioner's details section will appear at the bottom of the screen and will contain all current providers. For those providers relocating with the practice, select the checkbox next to each provider and fill in their new provider number for the location.
