Adding authorised contact persons

 

Go to the PIP and GPII Online page by selecting PIP and GPII in the HPOS Main Menu.

Select Update in the Current PIP and GPII Practices table to add an authorised contact person to a practice.

 

Select Practice Details then Contact Details from the left hand navigation.

To add an authorised contact person, enter mandatory fields in the Add Authorised Contact Person section:

  • Type
  • Title
  • First Name
  • Last Name

When all information has been entered select Add Authorised Contact Person.

Note: To add an authorised contact person, a declaration must be agreed by checking the checkbox: By submitting this change, I confirm that as a practice owner of this practice, all practice owners of this practice agree to the Change of Authorised Contact Person.

To give new authorised contact person access to this practice through PIP and GPII Online, enter the 10 digit RA number located on the new authorised contact person's individual PKI certificate.
