How to adjust a completed claim
When you have successfully logged on to the Midwife homepage and selected a midwife record the following
screen will display. Select the claim requiring the adjustment. Only claims with a status of Completed can be adjusted.

The following Claim Summary screen will display, select the 'Adjust' button to adjust the claim.
Go through each tab pane and adjust data from the original claim. Any data that cannot be adjusted will be
protected.
The Claim Summary screen will display. After checking all entered data is correct, press the 'Submit' button.
