How to adjust a completed claim

 

When you have successfully logged on to the Midwife homepage and selected a midwife record the following
screen will display. Select the claim requiring the adjustment. Only claims with a status of Completed can be adjusted.

Step 1

 

The following Claim Summary screen will display, select the 'Adjust' button to adjust the claim.

Step 2

 

Go through each tab pane and adjust data from the original claim. Any data that cannot be adjusted will be
protected.

Step 3

 

When all tab panes have been completed, select the 'Next' button.

Step 4

 

The Claim Summary screen will display. After checking all entered data is correct, press the 'Submit' button.

Step 5

 

The Claim History screen will display, showing the submitted claim in the table.
