Easyclaim Reports user guide

 

Go to the HPOS home page (www.medicareaustralia.gov.au/hpos) and logon using your individual PKI certificate

 

The HPOS Terms and Conditions of Use and Access will appear. Select I agree to proceed.

If you select I decline an error message at the top of the page will read ‘In order to access HPOS you need to select ‘I Agree’ to the Terms & Conditions’.

 

Select Medicare Services from the Main menu (on the left hand side of the page).

There are five options in the drop down menu, two which relate to Easyclaim Reports:

Easyclaim Processing Reports: This screen allows you to request an Easyclaim processing report for Bulk Bill Easyclaim (BBe) or Medclaims

Easyclaim Payment Report: This screen allows you to request an Easyclaim payment report for Bulk Bill Easyclaim (BBe) or Medclaims.
