General practitioners can complete the Medical Report Disability Support Pension form and submit directly to Centrelink through HPOS.
MBS Items Online Checker allows you to check the claiming eligibility for selected MBS items. The MBS items currently available are 104, 116, 721, 723, 729, 731, 732 and 10900.
Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) offers you improved access to Medicare Australia's online services for health professionals through a single entry point.
HPOS provides access to information on your eligibility for Medicare and information necessary for the processing and payment of your claims. In addition HPOS services are in real-time.

Are you an ACIR user / ACIR ancillary with PKI Individual Certificate user?
The ACIR logon, which is the second logon on the top right, will provide you with access to:

Are you a Hearing Services eClaiming user?
The Hearing Services eClaiming logon, which is the third logon on the top right, will provide you with access to:
- Hearing Services eClaiming only
Are you logging on with a PKI site certificate?
The PKI site certificate logon will provide you with access to:
