A capability profile helps to identify what each of the Medicare Australia capabilities mean to the work of a particular work area or role. The profile helps demonstrate what each capability looks like when applied in the context of the work or the area or role.
The capability profile aims to help inform our people and applicants for positions of what they would expect to see when each of the capabilities is being applied effectively. This is often stated in terms of what our services and products look like, what behaviours would be expected and how others (our external and internal customers) observe us.

Capability profiles for the remaining divisions are in the process of being developed, and will be placed on the internet as soon as they are finalised.
